I read through 1 kings 3 vs 1 - end
I discovered that what made God to bless Solomon more than David his father was that he prayed the right prayer.
The prayer was not lengthy but the prayer was precise and it drew the attention of the Almighty God.
He left all his needs and wants and the only thing he desired to have most is Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding to rule his people rightly.
And the prayer provoked God to bless him, there was no king before and after him that was as wealthy as King Solomon.
My mind zoom of to the passage that says Wisdom is the principal thing, therefore in all that is worth getting, get wisdom.

God help me to pray the right prayer in accordance to your will.
