“12. ...And he divided unto them his living. 13. And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country...”(Luke 15: 12-13)

When the prodigal son got his portion of his father’s possession, he left his father and went to a far country. He got resources from his father, and walked away from the source of the resources.
