Veteran Journalist, Mallam Ujudud Shariff dies at 60

Mallam Ujudud Shariff, Veteran journalist and one-time Information Commissioner in Kano State during the Babangida military regime in the mid 1980s, has passed away. He died yesterday afternoon at a Hospital in Abuja, after battling with a protracted kidney related illness. Mallam Ujudud would be buried today after funeral prayers at his house in Kano.
